Our indoor pool is 6 metres wide and 6 metres long and is heated at a constant
temperature of 33.5°C throughout the year.
It is equipped with various massage jets:
Four jets for the lower back;
A waterfall for neck area;
A hydro-massage bed;
A geyser for stimulating the circulation.
Customers can operate the hydro-massage jets directly by pressing the black buttons on the sides of the pool. The hydro-massage in the water is at the top among the relaxation therapies, because it combines the sense of well-being produced by simply being in the water to the physical benefits of thousands of gently massaging bubbles.
Hydro-massage in the water is the ideal method for regaining energy, while experiencing a sense of total physical and mental relaxation. In this treatment, a particularly important role is played by the temperature of the water, which never exceeds 33.5°C.
The air bubbles and jets of water produced during the hydro-massage press and release the body’s tissues by stimulating blood and lymphatic circulation. The legs feel lighter and less swollen, while cellulite is reduced thanks to the massaging action of the water, which facilitates the drainage of liquids
BENEFITS OF HYDROMASSAGE UNDER WATER
Hydro-massage in the water has numerous other advantages linked to the possibility of directing the jet of water onto specific parts of the body. In particular, hydro-massage firms, reduces stress and fights fatigue, arthritis, rheumatism, respiratory fatigue and insomnia. The skin also benefits from the relaxing massaging of the water, becoming toned, relaxed and purified thanks to the pores opening easily, while tension slowly decreases and the body regains its strength.
ADVICE FOR OBTAINING THE MOST SATISFYING RESULTS
To obtain appreciable benefits from the hydro-massage, we suggest you follow a few simple rules:
Do not use the hydro-massage every day. Two or three times a week is more than enough;
Do a scrub before entering, to eliminate dead cells;
The ideal water temperature should be between 32 and 37° C;
After the hydro-massage, relax for a few minutes, wrapped in your bathrobe;
Lastly, use a good moisturizer over your whole body.
It should be noted that people who are particularly debilitated or those who suffer from varicose veins or phlebitis should avoid using the hydro-massage treatment.
