Chianti, a land of wine and excellent raw materials. A stay at one of the Rosshotels will give you the opportunity to discover new flavours, thanks to the experience of our Chefs who carefully transform raw materials into tasty dishes. Careful attention to the territory leads us to suggest local wines as accompaniments to our gastronomic menus
The doors of the Palazzo San Niccolò Caffè open onto the main square of the village. Outside there is a pleasant, comfortable terrace for a light midday lunch or just for sipping a glass of Chianti Classico while observing the serene landscape of the old town of Radda.
Surrounded by the greenery of the Chianti region, the Ultimo Mulino restaurant offers traditional Tuscan dishes, with particular attention paid to seasonality and freshness of the raw materials. The main hall is a veranda that allows the natural light and the colours of the seasons to enhance the dishes offered.
In the characteristic medieval walkway that runs along the perimeter of the outer walls of the historic centre of Radda in Chianti, you will find La Perla del Palazzo, a restaurant in which every minor detail is studied to match the style of the Palazzo Leopoldo Residence. In the summer evenings, both inside or in the garden of the restaurant, you can enjoy traditional Tuscan cuisine accompanied by local wines.
The restaurant has been created inside a small private Chapel in which there is a magical, intense atmosphere, above the walls of Palazzo San Lorenzo. There are two rooms, one with a splendid exposed ceiling and one with crystal in the floors that allows you to see a part of the walls of the old Colle Val d'Elsa, for dinners characterized by refined tastes and flavours. This is local cuisine revisited, but without stealing any space from the classic Tuscan dishes.
